Wait list starts May 1, 2015

Once your application is approved you will be placed on a wait (call) list for the unit style you request. Please indicate style and size in the note section.

There is NO guarantee of move in dates, only that you will be given first option to accepct apartment in the order your application was approved.

For approval you will need to fill out application, provide proof of income, copy of photo id and the application fee.

If you will have a roommate, both applications will need to be approved to be placed on list.
