My upstairs neighbor clogged the toilet and flooded my apartment when I was at work - and then I was charged for the damage at move out. The office staff is lazy and doesn't respond to requests unless you're physically in the office... and even then they act like you're a burden (I just wanted to know when my lease was ending). The Gated Community means nothing, because if you can't get in - the guard just lets opens the gate for you (no questions asked)... or you can just go in the back entrance because they forget to close it 80% of the time. I was told the Spa was open year round... but they lock the doors after office hours and your keycard doesn't open it. Also, there is essentially no extra parking, other than the one uncovered spot you get with the lease - so you better hope you live alone, unless you enjoy walking across a 500+ apartment community in the rain because you had to park up front. Well... I guess you could get a carport for $100 extra bucks a month. You can only pay your water/sewer/garbage bill with a personal check, snail mail style - or get charged an extra $7.50 to pay online. Beware - they raise rent at the end of your least by a surprisingly large amount. As a former property manager - I would strongly consider a different place to call home. There are many brand new apartments within a couple miles of this place for the same price... but they are new, haha. Happy hunting, and I hope my review helps! :)

This place claims to be luxury. Believe me. It's horrifying... When I first moved in, I found a huge spider in my bedroom. The pool is never clean and it's hot tub is too hot, 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Don't be fooled by the name...

We love our apartment at Mission Hills. The facilities are quality and maintenance staff are so quick. The ground are maintained on a weekly schedule and that's impressive for a complex of over 500 units. The entire property was repainted over the summer and everyone did an excellent job and the painters were respectful and all smiles. The office staff are kind. The complex is gated and locked at routine hours with an on-site security company. There are many demographics of people living there and all are great neighbors. Whenever we relocate I will edit/add any dealings with move-out and deposit but problems would be inconsistent with our experience so far.

Yes these apartments are very great lookin if you ask of like two bed rooms and two bathrooms and the rest you need its gonna cost ya like 1,100$ ask my father!! (6th grader) other than that VERY BEAUTIFUL

I really enjoy living at Mission Hills Apartments. as with everything in life though nothing is perfect however this place is pretty close....and I am happy to call mission hills home.. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful "home" and friendly neighbors. I only have one side note. The staff could benefit from a customer service class or two. Unfortunately I haVen'T always left the office feeling completely listened to or respeCted by the office staff. I believe the staff should try and be more Aware of Their tone and attitude whilE they are dealing with the apartment tenants.
