I am a female grad student at UW, clean, vegetarian, non-smoker/non-drinker, looking for a female room mate for an approx. 950sqft 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment located at 12007 15th Ave NE, Seattle.

The room is available on August 1st. It is the bigger one in the floor plan (see the image) with a walk-in closet. Rent is $1200/month (it may or may not change when we renew the lease), so its $600/person + utilities (water/sewer/electricity) + internet.
