Looking for 2 people to sublease a room from March 23rd 2018 to July 1st 2018 (Spring quarter for students at Cal Poly). The room is sizable with two closets affording a comfortable amount of space for two people. The house is beautiful and recently remodeled offering a washer and dryer onsite, large common spaces and driveway parking. 4 of the current female roommates will be staying in the house to finish school. They are all respectful, clean and welcoming. This room is being posted for two people to share but if you are interested in having the room to yourself, we can discuss that as a possibility and the associated pricing.
