A little bit about me - this is the first house I ever bought and it has a special place in my heart. I lived in it for almost 8 years while I worked at Keyano College and shared it with a number of roommates, some of them became friends I'm still in touch with. I loved working on the house and garden to make it look more beautiful little by litte. My garden was even nominated for Gardens in Bloom in 6 years ago. I've always liked the layout with the kitchen and living room separate from the bedrooms upstairs, and loved waking up to the morning light in the master bedroom. The backyard is a little oasis and I hire a landscaper to do spring and fall yard cleanup and paint. The roof was replaced 2 years ago and every year I have the eavestroughs flushed out and the roof checked. The upstairs was completely repainted last summer and the downstairs was repainted 3 years ago. All appliances have been replaced within the last 3 years. I moved to Calgary 6 years ago and have a really good property manager (Kevin) who only manages my house.
Hope that gives you a picture of where you'll be living and who we are. :)
