This is one of the worst places I've ever lived. There is so much drama from the maintenance crew sleeping with half the women in the neighborhood to the unprofessional, rude behavior of the property manager Rachel. I went two weeks with out ac, even though that is one of the things considered a maintenance emergency. I have have everything from bed bugs to beetles ants and roaches. I've written a letter to the corporate office two times voicing my concerns, I've received one response several weeks after my second letter, only because I cc'd the department of housing (section 8) even then there was not much of a difference. The turn around is terrible, there has been 2 property managers, 2 assistance managers, 2 maintenance supervisor's I haven't even been here a full year. My minor child and myself have been harassed my Rachel about the breed of my dog. I have documentation from the vet and the city to prove my dog is not one listed on the breed restricted list. Meanwhile an employee who lives on the premises has a German Shepherd which is on the breed restricted list, he walks his dog usually at night and never picks up the poop. There is at least 6 pit bulls in the neighborhood also on the restricted list. This place is a joke worst mistake I ever made.
Very unpleased with my stay here. I'd advise anybody not to move here. I pay nearly 900 to hear creaking footsteps ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. Not just little noises. But thump after thump. Seriously the worst inconvenience ever. Carpet beetles have been found during my stay here, DISGUSTING. They're in the halls of my building so I'm sure it's a thing around here. Sad that I have another year to live here. Oh, the people upstairs are home now. I guess I'm not going to bed anytime soon. -___- office is hard to get ahold of. Closes early everyday.
They're rude and thief! Charge u for everything and when u ask them why they dont know the answer. Most of them are so rude. Horrible place.
This place is nothing but a disgrace. We have had nothing but issues since the day we moved in. The maintenance is terrible, sure they come to fix the problem, but its only temporary. Instead of putting in a little money and fixing the true issue they cover it with a temporary fix which ends up being worse down the road. The side of our tub fell apart and now is a completely different color in that one spot. We have had our food left on our counters after maintenance came to fix our fridge, and destroyed our picture frames on the wall. Sure management did try to fix the issue, only after the days of complaints. The management team does not appear to care when you bring issues to their attention. They quickly jot it down on a piece of paper and you may not see any action for weeks. They barely look at you when you speak to them. AND THEY NEVER LEAVE A WORK ORDER! There was graffiti on the playground that included derogatory words that took them a week to clean up. We have had numerous problems with ants and bugs. The tiles on the floor inside the building need updating, as well as the hallway walls. It just seems that they put everything into landscaping but don't care about the apartments themselves. The laundry facility is supposed to open at 10am and almost every week there is an issue and we have to wait nearly an hour for them to open it. Id like to do my laundry Saturday morning but have to wait and rearrange my schedule. They need more staff on the weekends in their office, and maintenance on site as well. The bottom line, if you don't want to live with constant issues and mounds of stress than keep looking. This place is truly a joke
My experience at Waypoint has been awesome. From the property Manager Kiersten Groover to the maintenance crew, everyone here is so kind and very professional. If you have an issue with anything they are prompt and considerate. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The location is central to everythng. I really do enjoy staying here.
