This place is nothing but a disgrace. We have had nothing but issues since the day we moved in. The maintenance is terrible, sure they come to fix the problem, but its only temporary. Instead of putting in a little money and fixing the true issue they cover it with a temporary fix which ends up being worse down the road. The side of our tub fell apart and now is a completely different color in that one spot. We have had our food left on our counters after maintenance came to fix our fridge, and destroyed our picture frames on the wall. Sure management did try to fix the issue, only after the days of complaints. The management team does not appear to care when you bring issues to their attention. They quickly jot it down on a piece of paper and you may not see any action for weeks. They barely look at you when you speak to them. AND THEY NEVER LEAVE A WORK ORDER! There was graffiti on the playground that included derogatory words that took them a week to clean up. We have had numerous problems with ants and bugs. The tiles on the floor inside the building need updating, as well as the hallway walls. It just seems that they put everything into landscaping but don't care about the apartments themselves. The laundry facility is supposed to open at 10am and almost every week there is an issue and we have to wait nearly an hour for them to open it. Id like to do my laundry Saturday morning but have to wait and rearrange my schedule. They need more staff on the weekends in their office, and maintenance on site as well. The bottom line, if you don't want to live with constant issues and mounds of stress than keep looking. This place is truly a joke
My experience at Waypoint has been awesome. From the property Manager Kiersten Groover to the maintenance crew, everyone here is so kind and very professional. If you have an issue with anything they are prompt and considerate. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The location is central to everythng. I really do enjoy staying here.
