Welcome to Parkview Apartments. We have 2 bedrooms 1 bath apartments with a full-size washer and dryer in every apartment. All of our apartments have a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal as well as, a ceiling fan in the dining room.

We have an onsite manager in the office from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday thru Friday and maintenance staff onsite from 9:00 -1:00 Monday thru Friday and 24 hour on-call emergency service. We also offer, on-line bill pays for your convenience.

Tenants pay water, sewer and trash in addition to the rent. Electric is furnished by Salem Electric. Renter’s Insurance is required at move in.

We are walking distance to Downtown Salem, Roth’s, Starbucks, the Post Office, the Library and the bus lines as well as Snap Fitness and the Courthouse Athletic Club. Walk to Wallace Marine Park or the Softball complex.
