I would not rent here ever again! The apartments themselves are not horrible but everything else made me wish I never lived here. There were numerous break ins, I personally had someone walk into my apartment thankfully I was home and the guy ran off. I reported this to the office but they did not even take the time to look at the video surveillance. The parking here is also the worst I have ever seen, if you had to find a parking space after 8pm you have to park in the spots furthest from the office. Also the trash situation is no wear near adequate, you have people tossing their trash around the dumpsters instead of in the dumpster. They did have a nice playground, dog park and swimming pools, unfortunately that does not make up for the other numerous problems.
Terrible and untrustworthy management, unreliable maintenance, roaches, and poor upkeep! There are many better options for the same price range. Eos-21 has increased rent a lot but quality is still low and not being well kept. We lived at Eos-21 from August 1, 2014-July 2015 and it was a terrible experience plus we are having to pay through August 18 because we didn't give the correct notice that we would not be renewing our lease even though we gave notice in June and our lease is supposed to be through August 1, 2015. This would not be such a big deal if the management didn't have such a track record with us of trying to overcharge. We were given a letter with the amount we have to pay for August but they are trying to get us to pay $700 more than the letter stated. Thankfully, I have the letter they sent us and signed and I will be refusing to pay the inflated rate. While we were there, we were lied to about what we would have to pay for utilities as we were told that they were capped at $50 and it could be less than that only to have it changed halfway through to being a set extra price. When we needed maintenance done, we had a very difficult time getting someone to come address the problem. This was especially bad when our toilet continued running for a week- I finally got someone to come out there and his answer was "well these are cheap toilets- it will stop." Then my toilet 3 days later overflowed and flooded the bathroom. It took an hour to get someone to come out and stop the flooding. Then instead of getting a wet dry vac out, they ripped up the carpet to put a fan under it over night so we had to wait 24 hours for them to come back and deal with the clean up. When in fact, they never got rid of the water in the bathroom and I was left to deal with it. I was angry about this because I had tried to get help with the original problem and it took so long to get someone to come stop the flooding. During our time there, we continuously had major issues with roaches and we were not alone in this situation. Even when the people for pest control would come around (probably once every 4 months), there was nothing really done because we continued to have the roaches. The apartments themselves have no lighting in the living areas and bedrooms. There are only light fixtures in the bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. The laundry washer/dryer combo in the apartments does not work well at all as clothes have to be dried twice which takes 6 hours total for a load of laundry. We tried to get this fixed also because we had to pay extra for it, but nothing was ever done. The dog park was a major selling point for us, but the upkeep with it is lackluster at best. The area floods with any rain at all, the water spout never works even when multiple dog owners continued to ask for the hose to be fixed, and the grass was not maintained leaving mostly dirt and dust.
