DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! While talking to them over the phone and email was pleasant the experience in person is horrific. Before we moved I was told that a photographer had just been to the apartments and took photos and that I would be emailed pictures of the apartment. That was a LIE, there was NO photographer. However since they were so nice via phone and email I made the mistake of trusting them. We moved from Wisconsin and when we arrived our apartment wasn't even ready. Maintenance men were all over the apartment still and the counters and bathroom were a mess!! I had to clean the entire apartment MYSELF because it was that bad. The manager even admitted that she had fired her cleaning lady earlier and that's why it was a mess. UNACCEPTABLE. The counters were stained horribly and I was told that someone would be there to re-paint them in the next few days. ANOTHER LIE. It took us going there almost everyday for 3 WEEKS before anything was done. I also told them and put it in writing that the outside light didn't work. It took them nearly 4 MONTHS and a burglary in the area for them to finally change the light. And even when we did ask for what seems like the 200th time we overheard the maintenance man say "just take the light from their neighbors place! They aren't complaining!" The lawn care people are rude and inconsiderate. The laundry facilities are abysmal and only half of the washers and dryers work. The washers that do "work" leak everywhere and if anything goes wrong with the washers or it eats your money they can't/won't do anything about it and just give you a number to call. The cameras they have for "security" are fake. The only Internet available is SATELLITE internet which they will purposefully not tell you; meaning you cannot stream music or videos, watch Netflix or Hulu, or play video games online. Cops are always driving around, and while you may think that that may be a good thing it's not. They are always driving around because there is constantly trouble within the complexes. By far the worst place I have ever rented from. NEGATIVE STARS! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

If it were possible to give negative stars I would. this place is drug infested roach infested. The laundry room is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen I would never wash my clothes there. The staff doesnt get background checks done on them yet they won't renew your lease without a background check on you why because they were letting in people without background checks for.half a year meaning your neighbor could be a felon. The staff is rude and uncaring of their residence the turnover rate is ridiculous new faces in the office every week no exaggeration the crime and here is unbelievable drug addicts drug dealers. Forget about getting your things fixed your apartment maintenance is an absolute joke.

I would recommend anyone to Eagle Bay, its affordable, and its minutes away from the beach. They are under new management which is good because previous management was very rude and unprofessional, they didn't care too much about the residents at all. The new management which includes Dee Ann, is very helpful, and she truly cares about your well being. She helped me get out a very tough situation that the previous management left me in. I can truly say she is a people person. She's sweet and is willing to help you no matter the situation.

It was horrible the manager is rude the complex is Dirty the first week of moving in their was fleas and the air went out several times it was bad
