The main floor of the townhouse has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with hardwood floors and marble countertops. Chefs kitchen including top of the line stainless steel appliances (garbage disposal, dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator with ice).

Go up one more floor to the large master bedroom with private balcony. You'll also find the master bath with large soaker tub and marble counter. There is also an 10ft x 7ft den that can easily be used as a bedroom or home office. It has a window that opens and it's own heater, just no built in closet.

Pets are ok by approval only and with additional deposit. Brand new washer/dryer is in the unit on the bottom floor. There is also covered and secured storage in the back for a bike or snow gear that you don't need all year round.
