Pros- large apartments/townhomes Cons- Management, parking is HORRIBLE (don't expect to have any visitors unless you pick them up yourself!... maybe 15 spots for the whole complex and they allow townhouse residents to use), I have had to change my tires twice from the parking lot (which you can really just call one big pot hole). Maintenance is terrible, our next store neighbors storm door was completely broken, every time there was any sort of wind the whole door unhinged... maintenance came out 5+ times re-screwing the door in instead of just buying a new screen door. There are bugs everywhere... I mean EVERWHERE... there were 1000+ of these nasty beadles all over there place. My air conditioning broke the first week we lived there (June) it took 4 weeks for it to be replaced. The office staff (Nilda) is crazy and try's to start drama with the tenants. The pool is never working, 2015 summer the pool was closed more than open.... and rent goes up every year. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... STAY AWAY!
The staff are incompetent at best and negligent at worst. Pray you don't get bed bugs and pray your neighbors don't either, because they will do everything they can to make sure the infestation can spread. When talking with them, I highly suggest nominating one resident as spokesperson and communicate in writing- they've shown time and time again they have no interest in telling the truth verbally and will insist another person in your party came to a separate understanding at a different time.
This place is not worth a penny you would pay to have a roof over your head. A cardboard box would be compairble. My neighbors had bed bugs, never reported to the office, instead they used a bug bomb and pushed them into our apartment. So we do the right thing and have our place heat treated and we are the ones that have to shell out the $1,500 to get rid of their bugs. Our entrance stairs are literally crumbling from under our feet. For months I tried to get them to do something about it and by the fifth time contacting them without results I just called the city. Now the work is getting done and we are moving out, nice timing. The carpet is disgusting and smelled like urine when we moved in. The windows hold no heat in for the winter and the Oppd bill is outrages, all the cold air from the A.C. literally goes out the window. The toilets leak, and our 1970's fridge has made a loud noise since we moved in and was told it would only be replaced once it broke. There is mold growth you have to clean yourself, due to the leaking water into the basements. Besides bed bugs this place is infested with every other species you can think of. Roaches, water bugs, centipedes, spiders, ants, hornets, wasps... Nothing is done about it, they tell you to buy your own can of bug spray. The walls are paper thin, don't accidentally trip and fall into a wall, you will go through it. The pool is never opened when every other pool in the city is open, and if the tenants are lucky we might get a whole month to use it, and that's if it isn't closed for any day due to chemicals. You should plan on getting new shocks and struts on car once you move out, the parking lot will destroy your car and tires, I've had 9 nails found in one tire alone. The shingles on the roofs of all units randomly fall off throughout the year, no matter the whether. Plan on bringing your own shovel to remove snow and bring some ice melt. Your lucky if you can find a patch of grass without weeds or just plain dirt, I guess the green is elsewhere 😉 ooh and to top it all off they raise your rent every year and do less and less. So a great place to live beyond all those negative attributes 😊
Great place to live in. Just moved in a few months ago and I love it! The office and maintenance staff are great!
Up late surfing Google reviews in hopes of finding an ideal residence, sigh. Out of the 11 posted, only ONE is postive, but with no information to back it up. I've found these statements amusing but sad. How can a business allow this much BAD publicity without responding ? Can't imagine a quicker way to sink a ship, Wow !
