This place is not worth a penny you would pay to have a roof over your head. A cardboard box would be compairble. My neighbors had bed bugs, never reported to the office, instead they used a bug bomb and pushed them into our apartment. So we do the right thing and have our place heat treated and we are the ones that have to shell out the $1,500 to get rid of their bugs. Our entrance stairs are literally crumbling from under our feet. For months I tried to get them to do something about it and by the fifth time contacting them without results I just called the city. Now the work is getting done and we are moving out, nice timing. The carpet is disgusting and smelled like urine when we moved in. The windows hold no heat in for the winter and the Oppd bill is outrages, all the cold air from the A.C. literally goes out the window. The toilets leak, and our 1970's fridge has made a loud noise since we moved in and was told it would only be replaced once it broke. There is mold growth you have to clean yourself, due to the leaking water into the basements. Besides bed bugs this place is infested with every other species you can think of. Roaches, water bugs, centipedes, spiders, ants, hornets, wasps... Nothing is done about it, they tell you to buy your own can of bug spray. The walls are paper thin, don't accidentally trip and fall into a wall, you will go through it. The pool is never opened when every other pool in the city is open, and if the tenants are lucky we might get a whole month to use it, and that's if it isn't closed for any day due to chemicals. You should plan on getting new shocks and struts on car once you move out, the parking lot will destroy your car and tires, I've had 9 nails found in one tire alone. The shingles on the roofs of all units randomly fall off throughout the year, no matter the whether. Plan on bringing your own shovel to remove snow and bring some ice melt. Your lucky if you can find a patch of grass without weeds or just plain dirt, I guess the green is elsewhere 😉 ooh and to top it all off they raise your rent every year and do less and less. So a great place to live beyond all those negative attributes 😊
Up late surfing Google reviews in hopes of finding an ideal residence, sigh. Out of the 11 posted, only ONE is postive, but with no information to back it up. I've found these statements amusing but sad. How can a business allow this much BAD publicity without responding ? Can't imagine a quicker way to sink a ship, Wow !
I don't even know if this apartment complex deserves one star. We moved in the summer of 2012 and at the start it wasn't bad but then it got to the point where I hated coming home. The management was changed at least 2 times in the two years that we lived there. I loved the manager Sarah when we first got there she was nice and friendly and always helped and made sure things were done. When they changed to a new management it was horrible. They were rude and I would call in maintenance requests and they would not be fulfilled. The maintenance guy shouldn't even be able to have this job because he does such a horrible job. He would half ass everything and actually make it worse. My roommate had to go fix what he tried to fix. SO LAZY! Another thing the people that live there let their kids run loose. In the street, on people's front porches, being destructive etc. The windows suck they don't keep any cold air in so in the summer it feels like a complete hot box. Our OPPD was through the roof during the summer months- and i mean through the roof! Oh and they NEVER have the pool open on time. Its July 1st and its still not open it was the same problem last summer, they don't know how to take care of the pool. I would highly recommend not going to these apartments they are not worth the money!
Cockroaches infest the whole block disgusting. Will be moving for certain. Parking is nonexistent especially for guest/visitors. Kitchen needs updated. Walls are paper thin.
Lived there 8 yrs. Watched it go from a nice place to live to a slum.
