Hawthorne 41 is located right next door to New Seasons in the heart of the Hawthorne area. It is steps away from restaurants, bars, and shopping - but on a quiet residential street. The building has undergone a complete renovation and offers free off-street parking, free laundry in the basement, and refinished, original charm along with modern conveniences like dishwashers and garbage disposals.

In addition to the monthly rent, a single tenant will pay an additional $125/month utility fee which will cover all water/sewer, hot water, heat, free laundry service and trash/recycling for the unit ($150/month for a couple). Tenants are responsible for the apartment's electric bill (lighting and plugs) and any phone or Internet desired.

We will require strong rental history, good credit, last month's rent and a $500 refundable security deposit. One or two cats are acceptable with pet rent. Sorry, no dogs. This is a smoke-free building.
