My experience right at the very beginning was good, but after a few months everything went down. The staff is awful, no customer service at all, facilities aren't as great as they are priced for, when it comes to the cleanliness inside of the buildings you have to actually go to the office and notify that it's not getting done for someone to go and clean a little bit. During the summer you have to buy a rubber bracelet as identification to use the pool, but the truth is no-one is enforcing it and there was a lot of people using the facilities that were not from the community, nor were guests of residents. The underground parking is a nightmare, you can fit a big truck but it's a challenge to get out of it; my neighbor had one and between his big size truck and my SUV it was a nightmare to park and get out of the vehicle. The one thing I loved was the layout of the apartment, the high ceilings and the oversized tub. Also you can get better places for less and with utilities included.
Thought the place was great until they had us sign a contract without telling us we we had to pay $200 for not staying in their complex for over 1yr. Just read everything they give you. They seem super great at first, but they have no feelings and treat their residents like crap once you're locked in. I don't recommend this place to anyone, you can find much cheaper, nicer, and better staff.
My first apartment was a top-notch luxury apartment, so anything seems like a down grade compared to that. I like the location. As a single young female, I have no problems taking my dog out for a walk, even after 10pm or in the early hours of the morning. The western face of the C building gets lots of afternoon sun, and a great view of the sunsets from the 2nd or 3rd floors. The floorplans are well laid out with a lot of open areas that make you feel like you're getting more room for your money. The appliances are lower standard than I would expect from a newer "luxury" community. Very noisy, and often inefficient. I often have to clean the dishes off again after taking them out of the dishwasher, and the washer will shake the whole apartment, though just having a washer and dryer in the apartment is a huge plus. Office staff is very friendly, from Eric to Brandi, and all the other ladies whose names I don't know, but have helped me as I pass in and out of the office. Overall I've had a very pleasant experience so far.
