College Housing Northwest is a non-profit organization that provides convenient, below-market rate housing and services for students pursuing higher education in the Portland and Corvallis areas. Our properties are clean and comfortable, with controlled access and wide range of student focused support services- from free campus shuttles to counseling referral to financial guidance. On-site Resident Ambassadors and Resident Council representatives facilitate student-directed activities, events, and forums throughout the year. You must be enrolled at least half time in a higher education institution to be eligible for housing with CHNW.
