I'm looking to sublet my apartment from June 1st to August 15th. This is a one person, non-smoking sublet and I'd prefer the apartment be kept clean and quiet. Currently does not have too much furniture (bed, table, two chairs). Appliances include refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and vacuum. The washer and dryer are in the building across the parking lot.This apartment is 20 minutes away (on foot) from Duke University and there is a bus stop right outside the complex. The utilities and wifi are not included in the rent. The complex is quiet during the evening and safe throughout the day.
