I like it here. It is peaceful and safe. Haven't had any maintenance problems. The staff changed and they are very friendly and professional. Everything I need is at walking distance from here. The bank, the grocery store, ofcourse my school. It is really very convenient. The inside premises of 1660 are also great. My favorite is the coffee area and the business center where I always do my homework or just hang out. I would highly recommend living here.
Apartments are centrally located between Buckhead and Midtown with fast and convenient access to SCAD, 85, 75 and 400. The grounds are safe and placed on constant surveillance by Midtown Blue and recorded by camera within the parking deck. The staff is friendly and prompt with communication and follow ups. The fitness facility houses ample equipment for a steady workout regiment. Pool is well maintained and clean. As a newer resident of now 8 months, I am anxious to see what the new management team has in store for the advancement and upgrades to the complex. I recommend anyone to check it out.
I love living here! There are plenty of great things about 1660 Peachtree Apartments : -covered parking with plenty of parking spaces, you never have to fight to get a spot near your apartment -great maintenance crew! Any question or problems I've had they respond instantly and fix problems quickly! - I got the upgraded apartment 1br/1ba and I love the space! The ceilings are tall the kitchen is amazing, the sink alone would have sold me on the place but it also has granite counters plenty of counter top space and cabinet storage. - the blinds are another upgrade that are nice, thick plantation style blinds shut out light completely -the bedroom is huge, I actually had to get more furniture! -the a/c works great as well as the washer and dryer that came with the apartment - the location is awesome, there are a bunch of restaraunts within walking distance from Mexican, to cfa, to the cute restaraunts specific to cities! I am in love with my new home and the price!
1660 Peachtree is located in the heart of Midtown, and I truly love living here. The apartment size is perfect, dark hardwood floors, the patio is a nice added touch, the amenities are very nice (even though I do not care for electric stoves), washer and dryer makes life easy, and each room has a ceiling fan. There was a recent shift in management, but the new office staff has been extremely polite and courteous each time I stopped by. I must give "kudos" to LaKeycha in particular, because it seems like she is always front and center, smiling and ready to assist in anyway she can. She always does a great job of explaining things and I greatly appreciate that. While I was not very thrilled with the idea of a change in ownership and that my rent actually increased, I have come to realize that you truly get what you pay for, so I have changed my tune a bit. I took some time to explore other nearby properties and realize what a great situation I have here at 1660; other apartments were either far more expensive, or the amenities were just not as nice. Again, you get what you pay for! If I had to voice any complaints, it would be around the increase in the water, trash, and sewage charges. Aside from that, I would actually recommend this property to anyone that is looking to live in the midtown area. Once you take a look at the other nearby options, you will realize the benefits of living here.
This apartment complex is amazing! All the modern amenities you would want and it's close to both Midtown/Buckhead! It's relatively quiet for the city and my neighbors were quiet. Most importantly, the management team is exceptional. Jennifer Chambers with the Connor Group always took care of me no matter what, and the rest of the team will always do whatever they can to help. Highly recommended!
