I haven't had a worse experience with a property in my life. The managers are never there. If the company wanted results why are Janice and the assistant manager there? The whole staff isn't useless. The leasing girl Arien and Brandy are very helpful girls always happy and around. when i need something done i know i can go to those two girls. I cant say I'm completely disappointed with this property but the manager team needs to be changed before the property goes down the drain.
Let me start this off by saying "what were they thinking when they decided to hire THIS property manager?". I've been a tenant here going on six years and I've never seen this place in such horrible conditions until Janice came in. Not only is this girl never in the office and has actually said in front of residents "if I'm getting paid salary I only have to be here for 4 hours a day", but she lacks every part of the word customer service. Whoever decided to put a young, rude, uneducated and inexperienced person in this position must have not been thinking of the business needs/financials and their tenants. The past two days there has been nobody in the office. I finally got to meet this lovely girl when I went to pay my rent and was greeting with "what do you want?". Not to mention, when did flip flops, yoga pants, and tank tops become appropriate work attire (especially for a manager)? I feel horrible for the poor staff who has to constantly cover up and fix problems that she has made. Janice's only response to my concerns (if she's ever in the office) are "well I told so and so to do it". Since when is throwing the girls under the bus a resolution to my problems? To top it off, as i was walking my dog yesterday, I heard Janice yelling at her employee saying "you did me a favor by quitting. I was about to get your ass fired too". This was the day after she pointed out how she got a former co worker fired while he was filling out an application. Does this person not have a filter or is she just so uneducated that she sees nothing wrong with gossiping and talking shit about others in front of residents? It blows my mind that this kniving and unprofessional person is running this place. Everyone is moving out because of her and I will be putting in my 30 day notice as well. If it weren't for Heather and Rachel running this office, this place would probably be closed down in a week. This new management company is an absolute joke. I will be spreading the word about this company and its properties.
This place is amazing my apartment has so much room!
I was a hopeful prospect, and looking forward to touring this complex. However, after reading the reviews posted, I can no longer say I'm interested... Granted, I did notice many of the negative post are from a year or more ago, so I figured things may have changed. I called the facility and spoke with heather and asked her about the negative post regarding gun shots in her neighborhood. Heather stated, "I wouldn't know anything about that, you would have to call the police". Heather also stated that the question, "has there been any significant changes to the safety of the community?" was a weird question. One would think if you are a property manager and in charge of leasing units you would know typical questions like, is the community safe? Especially, if there are multiple reviews concerning the safety of the residents in the community. For me, this is a no go. Heather had a rude demeanor when talking to her over the phone, and the fact that she is unaware of major/critical complaints such as, gun shots coming from her residents is more then enough to drive me away.
