I have been living in this 2 bedroom apartment for two years, and it has been amazing! I am moving to another unit under this same management next Fall, but need someone to take over my lease over the summer.

The management here is fantastic. They're super good about maintenance, and they're very responsive and easy to contact. I would argue that this apartment is one of the best in the U of M area. It's close enough to Dinkytown that you can get there within 10 minutes if you want to enjoy the city / campus life, but it's far enough away that it's very quiet and peaceful. The grounds have security cameras all around the property as well as in the hallways of the buildings, so you always feel secure. The apartment has 3 levels, and my unit is on the third level. This is great because you get an awesome little balcony, plus added safety. There is a laundry room with washers and dryers literally down the hall from my unit too.

The unit has a great kitchen with a full oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The living room is pretty spacious, and has a door leading out to the balcony. The rooms are pretty big for rooms in a college town. One room is slightly bigger than the other, and the bathroom is between both of them. Overall, it's a great space and has been the perfect first apartment for me.

In terms of price, the unit is $1325 per month. If you had one person in each room, that'd be $662.5 each. If you wanted to do 2 people in one room and one in the other (which is what I'm doing now), they have a fee for double occupancy, but it'd be $475 each per month. For four people, it would be $381.25 each.

It's an even better deal because basically all utilities are covered. Heat, water, internet, garbage, and gas are all free, and the only thing you pay for is electricity. With three people living here, even over the summer with the AC blasting, I don't think our electricity bill has ever gone over $40 total. ALSO the unit comes with a parking space that's yours! No one else can park in it, and it's free. They also allow animals :)
