Windows dont close all the way, screens dont fit: high utilities. Management enters your apartment every month for a block of 1-3 days, if you have pets its a huge inconvenience to lock them up AND they charge you additional rent for them, that doesn't make sense. THEN they also enter WITHOUT permission outside of those times, and was told it's in the lease and they can do that whenever, and they do. There are better places..
It was real nice when we moved in last year. But it seems to be slowly declining in value. If you don't mind kids running out in front of your car, knocking out the windows of you car, and generally messing up the parking lot all the time. You'll like it here. Not an issue with management I suppose, just inconsiderate and trashy neighbors. Of course management has misplaced my rent check several times then posted a threatening "LATE NOTICE" on my door. So management gets "2 stars" as well.
Not too bad, except hallways are always trashed, inconsiderate neighbors yelling and fighting at all hours of the day and night, car horns honking late at night, "Gangsta's" roaming the "hood", lots of bugs in the hallways, and other fine pleasantries. But rent is ok, no issues with management, any problems are handled quickly and with courtesy. If you set-up automatic rent payment, you never have to worry about any late notices. Oh yeah.....pool is out-of-commission for the foreseeable future with no completion date given. Just, "we're working on it".
