I have a room to rent in my home at Carrie Way, Riverside CA 92501. The place is a gated community. The room is furnished with bed, computer table and ready for occupancy. Included in the rent are the following: Wi-Fi and other utilities; access to the common areas such as the living room, kitchen, washer/dryer and common bathroom.

Preferably, I am looking for a housemate who is willing to stay for at least a minimum of six months or short term length of stay, a non-smoker and has no pet(s). The room will be available by last week of December, 2016.
