They are the worse apartments ever they don't fix things only when it's convenient for them and the ones that work in the office are so rude. We have been living with the breaker broken and no hot water for the past four days and still no one has came to fix the problem. I will never recommend anyone to come live here!
We were switched into a different apt than originally planned. Moved to apt where appliances were 30-40 years old!! Less than one week of living here and our car was broken into. The A/C unit is 30 years old and wasn't working when we first moved in. Paint job was done half ass (painted over light switch covers). Completely unstaisfied.
These were decent when rent was $580 a month. Once i was transferred to a "fully renovated" unit and rent rent up to nearly $750 a month it slowly started becoming less and less worth the money. After i renewed my contract i learned rent for a 1 bedroom could go as high as $850. i tried riding my lease out but my a/c was broken on and off for over a year, and once they finally fixed it my sink and front porch light quit working. After about a month and aprx 10 maintence request to fix the 2 problems, i decided to cancel my lease since neither got fixed. Ibwas threatened to get fined 2 days after i was warned for not having renters insurance, even though i got it the day after i was warned. I brought all the problems to management, even took it as far as corporate. I tried asking to get out my lease since they weren't living up their side of the terms but they said thats not how it worked... But guess what? To terminate my lease i had to follow everything stated in the lease, plus more hidden fees that isnt even stated in the lease. So after everything was said and done i called corporate back and asked for the regional managers phone #, and i was contacted back by email instead of a phone call. Once i emailed her back about 3 times and explained my situation and questioned her about the lease i got a no reply. This place is unprofessional. The new management blows. There is a lady there named Kim and i even had a client that didnt want to work at this new property that was going to pay him $2 more and was 45 min closer than where he works currently. Super unfriendly and highly recommend you to stay away. I even recommened my step brother to move in. It was suppose to be a $600 rent bonus that got reduced to $150, then to $100, then eventually it came to the point where "i waited to long" if you decide to move in i hope you enjoy the dominoes pizza party they throw the residents once every 2 years. This place is pure garbage. Peace out! #OneLove
the staff is rude when they don't want to work. they do not care about the residents, they only want your money. they claim to have renovated apartments, yet we have had our fridge go out, our ac wasn't working, and the carpet was not laid correctly. you will find little black beatles laying around your apartment, even though there is "pest control". DO NOT rent from Landmark at spring creek....Don't be fooled by the 5 star ratings. Lynn Wilson works for this place; of course she gives it 5 stars. these people will tell you what you want to hear in order to take your money. Take it from first hand experience; management is awful and deceitful here!
The application fee is overpriced at $75.00 which is non-refundable. The administrative fees are $150.00 and are non-refundable even if you are denied approval. Then you have to pay deposit and first months rent...lol. For these prices you can find a house. I noticed Lynn Wilson rated these apartments 5 stars. I guess she would since she works there as a leasing agent and will use tactics to get renters in.
