These were decent when rent was $580 a month. Once i was transferred to a "fully renovated" unit and rent rent up to nearly $750 a month it slowly started becoming less and less worth the money. After i renewed my contract i learned rent for a 1 bedroom could go as high as $850. i tried riding my lease out but my a/c was broken on and off for over a year, and once they finally fixed it my sink and front porch light quit working. After about a month and aprx 10 maintence request to fix the 2 problems, i decided to cancel my lease since neither got fixed. Ibwas threatened to get fined 2 days after i was warned for not having renters insurance, even though i got it the day after i was warned. I brought all the problems to management, even took it as far as corporate. I tried asking to get out my lease since they weren't living up their side of the terms but they said thats not how it worked... But guess what? To terminate my lease i had to follow everything stated in the lease, plus more hidden fees that isnt even stated in the lease. So after everything was said and done i called corporate back and asked for the regional managers phone #, and i was contacted back by email instead of a phone call. Once i emailed her back about 3 times and explained my situation and questioned her about the lease i got a no reply. This place is unprofessional. The new management blows. There is a lady there named Kim and i even had a client that didnt want to work at this new property that was going to pay him $2 more and was 45 min closer than where he works currently. Super unfriendly and highly recommend you to stay away. I even recommened my step brother to move in. It was suppose to be a $600 rent bonus that got reduced to $150, then to $100, then eventually it came to the point where "i waited to long" if you decide to move in i hope you enjoy the dominoes pizza party they throw the residents once every 2 years. This place is pure garbage. Peace out! #OneLove
The application fee is overpriced at $75.00 which is non-refundable. The administrative fees are $150.00 and are non-refundable even if you are denied approval. Then you have to pay deposit and first months rent...lol. For these prices you can find a house. I noticed Lynn Wilson rated these apartments 5 stars. I guess she would since she works there as a leasing agent and will use tactics to get renters in.
love all the new amenities that is offered here, the gas grills pool side, a new work out room, new appliances, and the new cabinet fronts are so pretty. Just a great place to call home :)
Being looking for a fear rate apartment in the are and I found it. Rent is great, a full renovated apartment with new appliances. I love it. Office staff really helpful and kind. Love it, great pool and my favorite place, couple grill's. 👍👍👍 And the fire place in the unit, warm romantic touch
My stay here started off on the right foot, in the right direction. I am currently residing in a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath apartment on the second floor. When I first moved in I noticed the Master baths tub was literally about to fall through. The counters were hideous, and the cabinets are so old and not properly installed. But at the time I had no choice and financially no other options but to live there for the year agreement. I paid rent and water faithfully. The master bath was "repaired" (not replaced) and they sprayed the counters down with some cheap cover plaster stuff. All in all the stay there was fine, until summer hit! My electricity bill was nearly $400 every month for the months of summer. The temp in the apartment NEVER gets under 75 degrees, the windows are cheap and thin, (so cheap that something fell out of a tree by my infants window and it shattered the whole plate luckily she wasn't in there when the incident happened) and the foundation is shifting so much that in one part of my living room I feel like I might fall through the floor! My boyfriend used to lay insulation for homes at his previous job and insisted that the insulation is probably not up to par and thats why it stays so hot in there. He is going to check the levels in the crawl space and if it isn't up to par we are going to contact the city and make them fix it. Other than all of this, our water heater was leaking so bad at one point that when the maintence guy came through he was sincerely shocked that it hadn't fallen through the floor! I am not in close contact with my neighbors below but they have had to experience this leakage aswell with the way it was flooding my pantry. The dishwasher needs badly to be replaced. I sent in a request for it to be replaced but the stated that they "fixed" it instead, it still doesn't run properly. All in all I cannot wait to get out of the apartments. Not to mention the changes they always make at the office and expect you to keep up with, without any notice. They took away the drop box night deposit option as well. Now I work a full time sales position that sometimes requires my attendance until 9pm at night, I am also a full time mom. The office hours are always changing. can't pay my bills any other time than to DRIVE on my lunch and hand them a check. Because I refuse to pay $20 online to make my payment. The internet is supposed to make our lives convienient not rip us off. With all this being said, Im currently now being charged for a riduculous "late fee". I don't understand the office there. I will be contacting the property owner/manager or the National Renters Association.
