Customer Service here is non existent. Specifically we have been dealing with Misty regarding an ongoing issue. She will promise to call back, she doesn't. When we walked in and spoke to her she was not helpful, but she WAS rude and condescending. She promised to talk to her manager and call back, she didn't. We talked to the regional manager of the property management company and did not get a return call from them. In reading through the comments on this site, we are not the only ones to have received terrible customer service from this office. We are surprised that the property management company would not want to help before we are forced to retain an attorney. Any suggestions would have been appreciated, but all we got from them is "There is nothing we can do".
It's not horrible, but it's not the greatest. The parking is tight and a lot of people don't know how to park. There is no natural sunlight at all because buildings are so close, so the electric bill gets high because lights are on all day. It's pretty quiet here, considering the amount of apartments and that it's right on Evergreen Parkway. I do have to agree that the office never answers the phone or calls you back. I think within the past 3 months I've called 10 times during business hours and no one answered or called back when I left a message. You can pay online for free, with your bank account information so that's nice. It's in a convenient location. Walking distance to Trader Joe's and safeway and other stores. The washer and dryer is a space saver size so good luck trying to wash your comforters and blankets.
Horrible. Flat out. I cannot wait for my lease to expire at the end of May. This last weekend I had tried 4 times to pay my rent. Each time I went the office was closed during regular business hours. I was FINALLY able to get it in on the 4th try in 2 days. They are trying really hard to make everyone pay their rent late. No drop box and so if your work hours are their business hours you are out of luck and can expect to come out of pocket at least $100 for a late fee if not more. Insulation is absolutely horrible. Expect a huge heating bill each month. Management is beyond rude. They do not help their residents on any level. I'm quite friendly with multiple residents and I hear the same story from all of them. Each one of them looking to relocate after their lease is done. This complex is going under. I beg you to not waste your time looking at this complex. They will say whatever you want to hear in order to move you in and everything will go to crap as soon as you do. I was promised one apartment and given a completely different one, My bedroom window is off Evergreen Parkway which is extremely loud and I get no sleep. I'd give them negative stars if I could.
So far I have enjoyed every aspect of my apartment -- when I have any issues they have stepped up to assist. Always friendly and helpful!
I live here, and the customer service is HORRIBLE, I spoke with Misty about a discrepancy in my rent, and she had NO CLUE what customer service was. She answered all my questions with a negative attitude and she did not even answer my question that I originally came in there for, they made me feel stupid and uncomfortable. I would absolutely NOT recommend that you move in, because your lease is just a one year agreement to live in a problem with no answers.
