We moved my son there in July as he is a new College Student. He and his friend are in a 1 bedroom apt. It is decent size for 2 teenage boys. Robert, one of the rental team members was very helpful in giving great college tips to the boys. Heather, their manager, has been been wonderful. She assists them when needed. Any repairs have been done in a timely manner and to our/their expectations. Yes, visitor parking can be a problem but has not been an issue for us. The grounds are clean. The laundry room is clean. So far it has been a great experience. It's also in a great location.
So far, so good. This is the first time I've lived in an apartment and everything has been great as far as I can tell. We're in a renovated 1B1B, no problems described by the negative reviewers. Gym and pools are clean, laundry has been fine. Parking has been easy, even for guests. Only complaint is that some neighbors think talking loudly on the phone outside at midnight is ok.
Do not saty here. Bad service bad nighbors smoking cigarettes all times, you smell smoking in your apartment even if you do not smoke, they talk on the phones on stairs. Its really bad place!
Not Bad, Remember its Apt Living. The parking can suck, but it sucks at ALL apartments and this apartment is not the worst. There is more then average guest parking outside the gates. 1 carport for a 1bd is adequate and 1 carport and a tag for behind the gates for a 2bd is also adequate. You get towed if your not a resident and park behind the gates without registering your vehicle which is free and not using your tag in unmarked spots or if you have a carport use it. Its not rocket science. There are 4 pools and 4 spas, thats pretty rad. The lawn mowing thing it needs to get done and 8am is average for the gardner to come the average person sleeps between 9pm and 6am, maybe a little later on weekends. Everything in my apartment is beyond cheap, but its an apartment guys if you want a top notch apartment its going to cost you way more then what you pay here. Also an apartment with all laminate flooring should be offered to everyone, its only fair and my neighbor has it thats not fair!! The grounds are beautiful, maintenance should speak up and look out more for the tenants who leave shopping carts in an apt complex, if you do this stop its a crime to do this and to leave their trash on the grounds near the apartment and dont tie there trash when putting it in the bins is inconsiderate. Your furniture goes to the dump not the trash bins and management/maintenance how the heck do you miss seeing this??!! The non working washer or dryers and no way to report it immediately outside of leasing hours to get your money back and make sure other people in the same apt dont use the non working washer/dryer you just used is wrong. The trash bins are always piling over with trash and bring large amounts of flies that end up coming in your apt. I have told Arnel and its still a problem. Behind the gates my car was broken into, I get it that happens everywhere but then a second car break in happened and I asked Arnel what they are doing about that and they said they have patrol, thats a blantent lie theres a tow truck driver and he was not called by patrol I saw him looking for cars to tow!!!! We pay enough rent to have a 24 hour guard up front, break ins are serious problems, our safety is important this is not Compton where break ins can be common its Fullerton a rather safe community. There is also no 24 hour maintenance for emergencies, my sink backed up into my back yard my 1st week here and it was not fixed right away, thats disgusting and could ha e been a cause for code enforcement to come out.
This place is horrible!!! I have never lived in a place where the walls were so thin I can hear every conversation my UPSTAIRS neighbors have. They also have speakers which I must listen to and feel rattle my walls EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have lived here 4 months now and in that time they have repeatedly performed maintenance on the complex which affected my water/parking/or power without notice. I work graveyards and for three days in a row once I came home to no running water because it was secured from 9-5 to replace a valve. That should not take that long but I should have at least been notified! I have asked management for assistance with the noise and they have done nothing. The gated community has been left open for days at a time so why am I paying for that? Do not be fooled by the nice looking exterior. The apartments are old and need to be rebuilt. My bathroom door must be slammed shut because it no longer fits the door frame with the many layers of paint on it. Same for the front door in the summer when the heat makes it swell. If I can find a way to legally break my lease and move out asap I will. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
