I have a private bedroom and bathroom to rent out in a luxury 2bedroom/2bathroom Condo high-rise located in Jersey City. The new roommate should be a single roommate -a professional, who is clean and responsible. Please take a look at the apartment photos and send a message if you are interested in viewing. The apartment is currently available and you can move-in this week. Bills are internet and electricity bills which is not included in the rent and half will be your responsibility.

There is a complimentary 5 minutes private shuttle that takes you to the train station- Grove Street PATH train. The apartment takes 15 minutes to World Trade Center and 20 to 25 minutes to Midtown (34th Street). The apartment comes with the following amenities- luxurious lobby, doorman, spa, a really good gym with free classes daily, pool, gorgeous roof top deck, available parking, and much more.

To move in, you will need to show proof of paystubs for the last 2 months, 1st month rent and security deposit (which is the same cost as rent)
