Price: The price is O.K. for the area just expect it to jump up every year. Upkeep: They only have one handyman who knows what he is doing. He swings by once every three months or so to fix every everything. That can be a long time for something to be broken. For the longest time I had a hole under the apt where stray cats would get in. The smell got pretty bad. After about a month of complaining I reported them to the BBB. a week later the leaned a piece of plywood against it solving nothing. They told the BBB that it was resolved. When I confirmed that it was not they finally fixed it. Took about 3-4 months in total. Final thoughts: All in all it is not bad the other people around are nice and it is a bit nicer then a lot of the other places near by. WARNING ***make sure you get a signed copy of all papers they give you and hold on to them*** they can be shady with " not receiving" papers if it benefits them. The people who work there change from week to week. Some are better then others.
Never lived here, but the application process was a nightmare. I applied and was told that my application was accepted. They gave me my apartment number and move in date, and told me that they would call with my deposit the next day. Two days later, after hearing nothing, I called and left a message with two phone numbers to contact me. I heard nothing, and did the same for 4 days straight. Finally on day 5, I got ahold of a very rude woman, saying that my application was denied, but she couldn't tell me why-she had to mail me a letter. She also took my email address and said she'd email me the same letter. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten anything, and can't figure out why I was denied, since I make over 4 times the rent, have no bad rental history, no criminal history, etc. Very unprofessional/unorganized office, which makes me happy that I never actually moved in.
