I have lived here for 2 years already, and I absolutely love it. The community is cozy, and the people are so nice. The management is great and they are all so friendly. The maintenance is great as well. If you need anything fixed in your apartment, it will get fixed as soon as possible. The review below me is obviously not true at all. That person should have left a long time ago, or filed a report with the LA Housing Department. I always see the pool guys maintaining the pool/spa area, so it is always clean. The laundry room is open 24 hrs. but I have never seen any homeless people sleeping in there. I would definetely recommend this apartment complex and its TOTALLY worth the money!!!

went to relax in one of the amentities listed for potential residents of sorrento apartments THE SPA or as it is know to its CURRENT PRISONERS/RESIDENTS ...the hole filled with dirty water next to the pool. Not only is the water heater, that was BROKE AGAIN AFTER BEING "COMPLETELY REPLACED" KEEPING THE TEMP. IN THE LUKE WARM TUB A BIT OVER 60. THE JETS OF SAID TUB ARE ONCE AGAIN BROKEN OR BETTER YET JUST NOT TURNING ON. oh and side note... THEY CLAIM 24HR LAUNDRY ROOM, HOWEVER THAT HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED, THE REASON YOU ASK? THEY CLOSE IT BECAUSE OF HOMELESS PEOPLE WHO WERE LIVING IN IT!!!!!!!!!! i would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy! Do not move in here, seriously, your money would be better spent at a motel 8 while you find another place. you will not be happy here. I promise you that. you have been warned

I Love This Place I have lived here for almost 2 years now and have never had a problem The maintenance technician is really nice and knows what he is doing I always have either same day service or next day service whenever I have a work order. The Manager is EXTREMLY nice and has kept this property in great shape. The pool always looks nice and clean and I love that the property is very quite throught out the day and night. I cant ask for more from a property I dont see myself leaving here for along time unless I purchase a house ofcourse.

So I'm new here, and I've been here for about four months and I've have to say - GOOD over all with pros outnumbering the cons. Like with any building in California there are your standard maintenance issues which is handled very quickly by management, if it wasn't for the level of service I got from their staff and the manager especially, I would be very hesitant in renewing come next year. I was sold on the one bedrooms, if you get a ground level unit and the ones that border the properties edge (you get a mini-backyard, its great for bbq set up and potential guard dog) although I have to say its very quiet, I've haven't had a problem - theres a 24 hour laundry room that always has a spare machine available for me at least. It's livable, private, gated, not bad. 4/5 Stars, 3 star building, 4 star staff.
