I am subletting a room (1 bedroom in a 6 bed, 2 bath house) to a female subletter over the summer. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to the Engineering School and less than a 10 minute walk to Central Grounds. The closest bus stop is on Whitehead Rd. at the Engineering School, and the stop is a 2 minute walk from the house. Parking is available. Rent is $480 per month, including utilities, but rent is negotiable.
