This was the most despicable place I have ever lived. Everything is a dump and unsafe . Please read these reviews with a grain of salt. This is a horrific apartment complex. The new management are total snakes. They have lied repeatedly to me about prices, rent, and even receiving my deposit back. I can't emphasize enough. Make a copy of EVERYTHING, your lease, the monthly bills, everything. You will never receive any deposit back because they will claim that "they lost all of your information." The new management is extremely rude and unhelpful. They can care less about their customers. They know they can take advantage of people here because most of us are lower income and know we can't fight back with lawyers. I hope someone takes them to court for all of the dishonest things that go on. Also my sink had a really bad leak 2 months straight and the advice they gave me was to "put a bowl under it." They can care less about anyone. This was the worst place I have every lived.
An Alexander Price cult-leader (was living in, with concubine, holding church services, dealing and using drugs, and controlling the community in apartment #1061, owned and operated business/social community. Nice rental/condo units, where none of your apartment contents are safe from outsiders, or rather insiders. They key entry to your locked door while you're away, and help themselves to what they want and for their benefit only. After the Price family, management, employees, and friends, have "inspected your home," and see the items they want for themselves, there is no need for them to shopping at the store. You've done that for them. They stole from me over $1,000 in possessions, legal papers, receipts, personal information and my entire address book of contact information. Make sure you don't allow entry to anyone unless you are present, and change the deadbolt on the door to help secure your space. It helped me. By the way, there is a maintenance employee on staff who told me he was a qualified locksmith. So much for your safety and security. This organization is laden with fraud, theft, drugs, contractual malice and unfairness, embezzlement, coercion, threats, bait and switch tactics, lies, cheating, inhumane control, assault, and strangely somehow all in the name of Alexander Price's interpretation of a life with Jesus Christ. The way Alexander gets away with stealing things is once he's stolen the items he claims, they are his, even to the police. Then he applies our Justice System's concept of "innocent until proven guilty," to maintain illegal possession. Pretty handy, wouldn't you say? So residents, when the Mesa Police tell you to "get with the office," after reporting your complaints, I suggest you walk right past the office, and find another place to live. Don't drown your sorrow's at the bar "Groggy's" next door either, that establishment is also a Price family, owned and misoperated business too. I truly believe that bar, and a guy named Steve's home, located behind "Groggy's" is where much of the off-site (Midtown On Main) drug trafficking, and fencing of stolen property takes place. This wealthy valley Price family has friends, family, associates, informants, and paid thugs all over the Valley of the Sun. Watch your wallet and your surroundings. They even have "friends" in law enforcement, the justice system and government. Another one of their holdings is the Shorbird Apartments in Mesa, AZ. Steer clear there too. Alexander stole from me there also in 2011, when he worked for family relative, and Apartment Manager Charlotte Socone. I'm probably not safe anywhere now, but this information is being published "for the good of the innocent and honest public."
I love this place. I lived here before and moved back because I missed it. They keep the area very well maintained. The staff is friendly as well. I just moved in and this time had all new appliances and upgrades so I'm super excited. Their families with kids but I never hear them. It's a quiet and friendly neighborhood.
great place , good service, nice garden and swimming pools
