Top floor corner unit beachfront view in a quiet well kept older style three story building that is family owned and operated. Beachfront with great views of the beach, water, and mountains! One bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment, to share with a working professional. I'm a male in my late-thirties working in the film industry. Generally I'm a home body and like to enjoy quiet time, but I do go out with friends.
Looking for someone who is a mature responsible tenant, also a working professional with a stable career. Must be working. In addition to being clean, tidy and organized, it would be great if you lived a healthy and active lifestyle. I run 4-5 times a week and go hiking on weekends in the Summer. If you have a passion for food/cooking and exploring Vancouver that's a bonus. That pretty much describes me too, would be great if you were the same.
