The Boston Crest is a quiet, smoke free building located in the heart of Queen Anne. We are walking distance to Safeway, Queen Anne Community Center, various restaurants and the seasonal farmers market. Bus routes 3, 4, and 82 are located right outside the building.

W/S/G included in rent. Move-in costs consist of refundable security deposit (= 1 month's rent) and a non-refundable $150 admin fee. No last month's rent required for approved applicants. Only pets considered are cats, sorry no dogs.
