Need a female subleaser for Spring 2016 semester (Jan-May). Rent is $350/month (negotiable) plus utilities. Just two blocks from the Village! Campus and the village is within walking distance. The house has a sizeable yard and includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, parking, bike storage shed, 2 bathrooms, and full kitchen. Would be sharing house with one other female and 1-2 males.
