I came in late on a Friday with an open mind, Rosalyn and Val stayed late that evening to help me get through the paperwork as I needed an apartment as soon as possible. The only thing I needed fixed in my apartment was a new puller on the blinds and there was a work order put in the same day. Very friendly community and my neighbors are super nice. The staff is so respectful and kind. I'm grateful to be living where I am! Thank you Windsong!
Its ok if you dont have kids. But if you do, they cant play outside like kids do (rough housing loudly etc.) Because other uptight residences will call and complain to the rental office. And they rental office automatically thinks its your kids as well and youre guilty. Cant wait until my lease is up. Smh
I've lived here for almost 3 years and I'm very happy here. No major issues, the maintenance crew are awesome guys and the office staff are friendly and helpful. The first year I was here rent only went up $10, last year it went up almost $30. I'm hoping the increase this year will stay on the lower end!
I lived here for 3 years, and had very few problems. Maintenance staff is very friendly and usually prompt, office staff courteous and occasionally helpful. HOWEVER: upon moving out, they deducted more than half of my security deposit, due to the vinyl flooring in the bathroom peeling up (I'd call that normal wear and tear after 3 years) - which was not measured or installed properly to begin with. I was also charged twice for oven cleaning, which is absurd - there is only one oven, after all. I have not yet contacted the property managers, as I only received the deposit today (aprox 3 weeks after move-out), but I will update my review (for better or worse) after I do speak with them. Property managers should keep in mind that with online reviews, transparency is a very real thing. You can no longer scam on tenants if you want to stay in business.
You cannot beat the location as it is so close to the beach! The staff is very friendly and the apartments are really cute!
