I am speechless. I've never been somewhere as a potential new resident and been so harassed and belittled. The level of unprofessionalism was mind blowing. I barely made it into the door without "you don't look like you fit in here". They didn't even show me pricing, but kept commenting on how they've never heard of the small town in Michigan I am from, and how I must feel so lost all on my own in a big city. When I got up to leave the comment was "so you wanna see the unit or are you done wasting my time?" I questioned them about the brutal Google reviews, and the belittling intensified. They were trying to make me feel so dumb for putting some trust into reviews. Imagine how these clowns would have dealt with a maintenance issue?? Now my observations of the property, the entire complex is a complete tear down. That's the politest and honest way that I can think of describing the property. I am honestly only writing this review so that *hopefully* you'll read this and keep driving. Do yourself a favor and dodge this bullet. Dear apartment complex office workers; if you're reading this, think about this. My review will be seen by thousands of potential new residents like myself, and if they have half a brain and stay away like I am screaming, then you will quickly be out of work. Contemplate that.
I would give it a half star but it wouldn't let me. Worst place ever I've seen it all here rats, roaches, fleas its disgusting here and management say they cant do nothing. Um its called pest control people and dont ley me get started on the mildew and mold issue in the bathroom. We have to put a pot over our toilet from the leaks from the ac unit and vents. I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Management 1 out of 100
Thought I would check out this place but the office staff was rude, ignoring and not interested in a possible future resident. The place must be buzzing with business, not inviting at all. Now that I read the last review of a break-in I will not be returning.
I live in this apartment for a year now and My apartment was broken into yesterday, May 9th 2014, and all the valuable stuff was taken by the burglar. What make me outrage is I was not informed by the office that there were multiply break in happend in the last few months until I reached out to the police and neighbors last night. The apartment office staff is dishonest at least on this issue. When I try to confront with them, they told me this is the only break in so far in the last 12 month, then they changed the number to 2, while the police officer Ryan told me at least three and some my neighbor heard of five. Jesus, these people risk our safty issue by hiding the truth. Moreover, the most terrible part of the break in is no matter who did this must know the apartment and the residence schedules very well, as suggested by officer Ryan. All these cases chose the perfect timing when no one at home, neither the neighbors, and from the crime scene, none of them was really in a rush (the burlgar even went through my book collection!). All these suggested they are well planned not a randam break in. The only suggestion from Ryan is to move out as soon as possible, as this community obviously already becomes the target and the things they can do to prevent this from happenning is really limited. He told me his department already suggested the apartment office to isse a notice to the whole community and upgrade the security system, like installing a camera at the gate. Since the only thing the apartment did is to change the locker, I guess they dont really care about what will happen to the rest residence. Another thing I also need to mention is I filed a service request to fix my garbage disposal on May 2nd and I noticed someone came into my apartment with a key on Wednesday when I came back from work, as the AC was turned on while I pretty sure I turned them off when I left. I thought it must be done by the maintaince people who came to fix the garbage disposal. However the disposal is still clogged... I dont want to suggest anything without evidence. But this is what I have experienced exactly and purely for your reference. 2 years ago, a warm neighbor's in time reminder almost save my life, so I think this is something at least I should do to warn the people who live here or plan to move in.
My apartment was broken into on April 1, 2014. I live on the third floor and have already lived here for two years and never experienced this before. All my jewlery was stolen from my and my roommate apartment also my roommates laptop, tablet and jewlery. Aftrer the break in I had to personally demand to get the door completely fixed. I have lately been informing all the residents I run across too and just found out that that there were two other break ins that Management neglected to let me or any of the other residents on the same floor I live in. I spoke with Management and they said they sent out letters to all the residents in the apartment complex about my break in which every resident I have ran across have yet to receive a letter to inform them about this. They are letting me and my roommate break the lease that was suppose to end in October of this year and the soonest they are letting us break our lease will be on June 6. I will honestly never recommend this place the A/C does out every 2 weeks. Maintance request take a while to be taken care off. The only management person that was pleasant and nice was Maleine. Jessica the office Manager always insisted that I was wrong in any statement I told her about something not working in my apartment.
