The rent is $695 without the inclusion of electricity and water. The water bill is added into the rent's bill, which is roughly around $40. The electricity is set up on your own through Duke Energy. The building I live in only contains 6 apartments including mine. Laundry is located inside the building. I never have had an issue doing my laundry. There is a large unassigned parking lot for residents. I've had no complaints about parking. It is located in Mt. Washington, and is near Columbia Pkwy. If you drive to school or work in the city, it's quite convenient. The apartment is fairly large for one individual. There is a storage room upstairs and a walk in closet. There is also a balcony. Garbage is thrown near the leasing office. Attached to the leasing office there is an exercise room and a pool outside. We will have to have you be confirmed by the leasing office before you are considered to take my lease.
