Our unique self-serve showing system allows you to view the apartment with minimal risk of COVID-19. The system is contactless - you drive there, you unlock the door, and you tour the apartment all by yourself. Viewing hours will begin on approximately December 1, and will be in effect 7 days/week between 8AM and 8PM for your convenience. Apartment #2 is a LARGE first floor apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There are wall-to-wall closets in the bedroom, a large bathroom with a linen closet, and another closet in the hallway. The living room is expansive and the in-wall A/C unit allows use of the windows when the weather allows. Water, sewer, and trash removal services are included in the rent, the apartment comes with window blinds, and each apartment is assigned one parking space. Maximum of two people in a 1-bedroom apartment.
The property features a lovely central area between the two buildings and an on-site laundry facility for your convenience.
Please be aware there is one guest parking spot for the entire building and the parking lot is at capacity; there is no room in the lot for an additional car if you are a two car household.
The property is close to both Federal Highway and I-95, making transportation easy and convenient. It is a short drive to Young Circle or Hollywood Boulevard and all the nearby restaurants.
Small pets (up to 25 pounds) are welcomed here - there is a limit of two pets per apartment and a 1-time pet fee (per pet) is due at lease signing. Dog breed restrictions are enforced.
$80 non-refundable application fee per person.

MINIMUM move in cost = two months rent (the first full month of rent PLUS one month rent as the security deposit)
MAXIMUM move in cost = four months rent (the first full month of rent PLUS three months rent as the security deposit).
FYI - We do NOT collect the last months rent in advance.
