If I could give this place a negative, I would. I have lived at Kenwood for 3 years and am anxious to leave! I moved into a dirty apartment (pet hair in all the corners, dirty window sills, stained carpet), they lost half of my move-in paperwork, and the office staff always seems to have an attitude. I have had car broken into twice while parked in a garage because the garages are separated by chicken wire and if someone does not lock their garage up it is easy to break in. I have also had issue with parking my car on the road, I have had to replace my driver's side mirror twice now and the office staff will not let you have a copy of the video to submit to the insurance company and Toledo Police will not come watch the video. There are drug deals at all hours of the day. My building constantly smells like marijuana. The worst part of this place is the office staff. I have had nothing but issues with them since I moved in. They always have excuses for everything that could go wrong. They lost half my move-in paperwork, the person that processed it no longer works there. I needed shots for my cat (cats do not need shots like dogs), I asked for a list of necessary shots, they don't have one. I did not receive my resident referral credit on my rent, I received a phone call from the manager with a bunch of personal problem excuses. This place is absolutely horrible. DO NOT be fooled by their kindness when you first apply because it will change.

Places is not as bad as people make it seem! I never had any real problems. I never heard my neighbors. Barely even saw them! I would live here again!!

Can I get a negative to this place? Here is awful for living.Please do not come and being steak here.Every where is unclean, especially the stairs and the laundry room that are always full of spiders and pet hair on the washing machine and dryer.They have done a kind of cheating on water and sewer monthly due that is around $50 per month.I checked it with other places, it is too high.You think that you pay less for rent but by these other paying , you pay much more than other places.Here is really unsafe. There was 2 times shooting in the parking lot in nights. Drug dealers are every where and do anything they want. Parking lots are really unsafe. Car break down always happens!!!! An awful place to live there and waste your money!

Having lived there for 2 years in undergraduate with no problems I decided to move back for graduate school. HUGE MISTAKE! If you want to see drug deals go down in front of you, in the middle of the day, want your apartment broken into, have an attempted break in, have difficulty trying to find a parking space, and have completely incompetent, immature staff, where you live, go ahead move in. I had a break in around Thanksgiving and then an attempted break in around Christmas. The staff was unwilling to help in any capacity even though I made it clear I no longer felt safe there. Not only were they unwilling to help, the first time trying to talk to them about my safety concerns, they were too busy playing with new office furniture to take the time to talk to me. I would NOT EVER LIVE HERE AGAIN. It is not safe.

Well after 7 months here and just had our 3rd or 4th attempted break in and the office doing NOTHING, I would say they need to buy out the rest of our lease so we can move ASAP.
