I am transferring schools this spring semester and am looking for a sub leaser for the spring and summer of 2016! I live in Metro Park East. It is right next to TCF Stadium, on the University of Minnesota campus. There are many amenities the apartment offers including a gym, tanning salon, WiFi, it is next to two light rail stations, free street parking, a heated parking ramp, dishwasher, cable, and a washer and dryer in the unit. You are also able to control the temperature of the unit. The apartment is fully furnished and a wonderful price for what you get. When paying, utilities are included and it costs $633 a month but I am willing to give a discount and negotiate the price! I could also negotiate the price with you. You would live with 3 other wonderful, respectful, and studious girls! Each set of girls has their own bedroom with a privacy wall dividing the bedroom, as well as a bathroom.
