We have a room available ideal for a responsible student. It is a furnished room with a private bathroom and private entrance so you can come and go on your own. Room price includes utilities, a place to park a car, and a place to store your bike. Access to washer and dryer and kitchen available. Walk to College of Alameda, take ferry to San Francisco, take bus to Oakland - all readily available here. Also, you can walk or bike to gym, grocery, Starbucks, etc. from location.

We have had several students stay here previously and they like the quiet and comfort available in a safe place.
