Decent price but not the best neighborhood or quality. There is a lot of police involvement with neighbors on Addison and Richard Ave, usually drunk couples fighting or drug related. The upstairs stays about 10+ degrees colder in the winter and 10+ degrees hotter in the summer. The maintenance is quick to respond, however some of the maintenance staff can be unfriendly and leave messes when finished, It's evident they don't enjoy their jobs, and the job dosnt get fixed correctly the first time.. extremely outdated windows, if it's windy enough you can hear the whistle of wind through the window cracks, also very outdated appliances.. Office staff is unorganized, and tends to change frequently. I do not reccomend Regency Arms Apartments.
Big room with lots of space. Nice area and quick response of maintenance with any issues to be resolved. The not so good part is some of the neighbors with police involvement and the parking is not the greatest as well as I had a breakin with my car with some stuff stolen.
I've lived here for two years and the apartments are pretty mediocre... The square footage is pretty good for the price and it comes with a dishwasher and nice sized laundry room. They kind of dote on their "energy efficient windows" but the upstairs tends to stay 10 degrees hotter in the summer and 10 degrees colder in the winter, despite running your air and heat non-stop. Makes for a big fat electric bill. (Like, upwards of $300.) Thermal curtains would be a smart investment if you're considering moving here. I have no complaints about maintenance. The maintenance staff is awesome and they're really prompt on making same-day repairs! The office staff can be harder to get a hold of. Parking is a joke. The solution seems obvious, just use assigned parking, but this isn't an option anybody seems to be interested in.
Awesome place to live if you want your car stolen like me
