If you care anything about your health, safety, and cleanliness, you will not move here. I had to call the Codes department just to get repairs done in my apartment because the owners/staff refused to do. They keep increasing the rent for broken down, nasty, old apartments. I am paying $795 for a 2 bedroom townhouse and the amenities include cockroaches the size of my foot, broken stair rails, floors falling in, mildew growing from the vents, cracks in the back door glass which they refuse to fix, 70% chance of being broken in to, drug dealers, and out of control kids that go around begging for money and throwing things at your car. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURSELF!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
The maintaince here is horrible you can never get them on the phone.I spent 2 nights with no power in middle of Aug heat cause a main breaker popped and I couldn't get maintaince .This place has drug trafficking all hours of day an night. You hear gun fire every night. This place makes the projects look like BEVERLY HILTON this place is a joke PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF DONT STAY HERE!!
They have new people over the apartment . its amazing . they fixed things right away. Their kind and sweet
The Office people are liars. They promised several things about the apartments that are not available: The pool's been closed for 2 years, no Security , and maintenance doesnt exist! I had a potential neighbor who have had a gas leak for 5 months and put in a request 5 months ago and they STILL haven't fixed it. So their gas bill is 3x what it should be and the office doesnt care. And if you have a water leak, same thing. Months of waiting for a repair and they just dont care. When you call and ask why it hasnt been fixed, they pretty much tell you to shove it. Also, there seems to be only one laundry room for several buildings because nobody's bothered to fix the others. The office seems more concerned with their personal life during work that actually serving the tenants. I would never move here. I found another complex where the pool is open and the maintenance happens withing 24 hours of the request.
This was the worst apartment renting experience I've ever had. I put a deposit down for a one bedroom apartment 2 months ago, and was supposed to move on Monday. However, on the previous friday I called to get more details about how much the first month rent check needed to be. It wasn't until then Mary let me know that the monday move in date wouldnt be possible, but assured me Tuesday I would be able to move in. Tuesday morning comes and I call to make sure I'd be able to move in...I was then notified I definitely WOULD NOT be moving in on tuesday, but maybe the coming Saturday I could move in. My move out date at my current complex was the day before. I can't for any reason fathom how a manager of an apartment complex can be this incompetent. Several times Mary told me she would call me back with more information about what was going on and NOT ONCE did she ever return my phone call. Thankfully they returned my deposit. However, I am still out $400 of storage fees for all my belongings because I currently have no where else to live. Mary's complete inability to manage the apartment complex or warn me they might be running behind with fixes to the apartment has caused me to basically be homeless. I will now be living on couches and storing my belongings in a POD because this place is so badly managed. Before giving this complex your hard earned money I would suggest thinking twice. I am now out $800 for lost work and storage fees.
