Have had a wonderful experience with the staff. They were able to get us into a unit right away! The buildings aren't fancy and a bit old but I haven't seen any damage or issues. The maintenance crew keeps things looking decent. My only complaint is the front door seems spring loaded and will slam if you don't hold it. I can here my neighbors shower but haven't had any excess noise.
I love my experience with Reflections. The area is quiet and I feel safe letting my son go play on the patio alone. The pool is very nice and quiet during the summer and just deep enough both me and my son can enjoy it. The " jogging path" is more like a nature trail but my son loves it! The apartment is spacious and repairs are fixed within a day or so of the trouble ticket being submitted. They are pretty strict about towing( my bf has been towed twice) but the rules are posted and they are open every day so getting an extra parking pass is very easy to do( we just forgot and that is our fault not theirs). The only problem I have is with the price at renewal. I'm in the area for a while and I would rather live in the same place since I love it here but the rent goes up yearly and I'm at almost my 2nd renewal here and I'm starting to look for a new place to go because I refuse to pay over $1300(where I'm currently at) a month in rent when someone can come and move into my current apartment new with rent being $1200. I think loyalty should be rewarded not punished.
As mentioned A LOT in these reviews this complex tows cars constantly for no good reason. Limited "visitors" spaces by the front...but if you park anywhere not designated without a pass you will be likely towed in less than an hour. Plenty of open spots...yet they tow away cars left and right constantly anyway. Shame on this complex. Look elsewhere you deserve better than a place that treats people with such little respect like this. You will have a hard time having friends or family to come over with this issue.
I don't recommended anyone moving here, the staff is horrible, the walls are so paper thin I could hear my neighbors having sex! The neighbors in general are rude, cars are constantly towed for NO REASON even if they have a parking pass hanging up. We made 5 calls to have someone come fix our front door since we had problems unlocking and even locking it, they just made the door worse! It takes someone having to be inside the apartment to unlock the door then the person outside has to turn the handle, it is ridiculous. Nobody ever came to fix the sliding glass doors which won't lock and you have to keep not only the bar down but a broom stick to keep the door from being opened. I will NEVER move here again, nor recommend it to anyone, no matter what. It doesn't matter to the management who you are, how long you've been there, or anything, you are simply just another check for them to collect. We've had countless problems with them, we automatically had our rent pulled out every month and one month they pulled it out, minus 75$ when we saw it we went straight into them and paid the 75$ but then 24 hours later we received a notice that our rent was late and owed an extra 75$ within 72 hours or we'd be evicted, we never had a complaint against us the entire time we were there. My husband even gave them proof we paid IN FULL for our rent and they just added the 75$ fee to our next months rent and pulled the same bull s*&t again! After that we decided we would be moving and not renewing a lease there. Our neighbors would build furniture on their patio/balcony all hours of the night, I have a small child and another on the way, the last thing I want/need is my child waking up because they are being that loud. There is never parking available unless you make sure you are off work by 3pm the latest.. I had days/nights I would have to park so far away from my apartment I would just drive to my house call my husband tell him to come get our child and then I would go park, the parking lots are not lit well either, it is scary to be parked have hardly any lights at all outside and just walk to your door. To top it all off, the buildings are so old and out dated that our smoke detector would go off if we lite a candle, I couldn't cook dinner without it going off and I work as a Chef, it was always freezing in our room, even with the heater on and a space heater in there because the insulation is so bad. Our bathroom had been flooded twice because of upstairs, our toilets water pressure practically didn't exist for a month and we called multiple times to have it fixed. This is a horrible place to live, I do NOT recommend anyone moving here, I would tell you to live somewhere else and take the extra time to drive to work instead of living here.
As an apartment complex, Reflections is fairly average. Rooms are nice with some cosmetic flaws. Staff is friendly and courteous but rigid in policies. Grounds are kept in fair order. Pool is nice, clubhouse is very well kept, "jogging trail" is a poorly marked path through the woods from the beginning of a horror movie.
