I have lived here for the last 7yrs, and have been through a lot of managers here and by far the management and maintenance that we have now are the BEST...... they are so nice and good to me that when I walk in they know me by name, honestly that makes me feel good, and makes my living here worth every minute.. plus every time that I put in a work order they are there.. I seriously couldn't ask for a better place to live and the relationships are one of a kind and I know that's so hard to come by, so at the end of the day I am truly blessed!!!!!! thank you to management, other office staff and maintenance team.
I moved to the Estates at Countryside in July and I am ready to get out of here ! Due to their lack of customer service. First of all when we first moved in no one showed is to our apartament or where anything was. I had to ask residents where the mailbox was. I'm paying for a gated community yet the gate is always broken so anyone can come in from the outside through the broken one or the exit gate. When things break you have to practically beg them to follow up with the outside contractor to get it fixed. There is never any parking after 6. There is dog poop all over the side walks and in the grass and in the summer you come out of your apartment and that is the first thing you smell. I give them one star because I've only delt with one person who has been a little more decent and professional who is Amanda at the office. Save your money & do your research really well before moving here unlike I did. I should have listened to the ratings.
Parking is a nightmare- so bad I am looking for another place immediately after my first night. There's no good excuse for such poor planning and organization- ridiculous, really. I bet there are 10 less parking spaces than there are apartments from looking at the parking lot in the evening when people are home. I had to double park for 45 minutes on a regular weekday and watch outside for someone to drive by and then try to drive around the building one way and get to whatever spot they came out of before someone else... or just continuously drive in and out the gate all damn night. Since it's one-way, it's very hard to wait for a spot and actually get it if there are multiple people waiting. A neighbor became angry with me since I double parked and she had been circling and I got the spot before her by backing up- not exactly what I'd call a good first impression. Maybe they're trying to strongly incentivize people to pay to use a garage so they don't have fight for a spot every time they come home....
I had a couple of services upon relocating into the apartment. All of the staff/maintenance employees went above and beyond to insure that my apartment became a home. I am very pleased with the services I have received and have nothing but great things to say about your employee's (including administration staff who catered to my service dog needs). In fact, many of the service calls were answered by the same employees who never altered their willingness to help me in any way necessary and always greeted me with a warm welcome. As for the parking... Yes it is a little tight sometimes and you might have to walk a little further than you'd like. But doesn't that mean this area is a popular place to live? Duh? Thank you so much for having a great team!!"
I have been living here about 4 months now and absolutely love it! My apartment is really nice and I have a balcony that overlooks a meticulously groomed courtyard...When I need maintenance they are prompt and efficient. These buildings are built so well, I never ever hear my neighbors which is truly a godsend! I love separate entrances as well vs. hallways. Every week the landscapers come and take excellent care of the grounds. When I have an occasion to see the women in the office they are friendly. I love that the trash compactor is located in a small area near the entrance which eliminates "dumpsters" and animals on the property. Parking is not a problem for me, I am from Boston and used to walking from my car to the house in 3 feet of snow, so a little walk thru a courtyard with flowers and palm trees is no big woop! I have lived in a lot of apartments and I would rate this one a "10".
