Great, friendly, accomodating staff both at the front desk and in the dining area. Spacious, clean suites with serviceable kitchen areas. In walking distance to a number of restaurants and some attractions. Otherwise there's a metro stop close by.

This is my favorite hotel in downtown D.C., bar none! When I stayed here, I felt completely at home and not limited to the life of a temporary visitor. I would absolutely visit again!

I stayed here for 3 weeks while in DC for work. First off I want to say the hotel is located close to almost everything you need and the staff is super friendly! Also the rooms are very clean! My only issue (reason I didn't give 5 stars) is during my stay there was construction going on in the public spaces as well as the guest rooms. Mostly this didn't effect me except for one day. I'm in grad school and was working on my mid-term in my room, there was some sort of sawing or drilling that went on for hours above my room. My only complaint is that they chose to do work on the rooms AND public spaces at the same time, leaving me no place to go when the noise in my room was distracting. To be fair, there are meeting rooms available but they require prior reservations which I didn't go through the hassle of doing (mostly because I didn't expect the loudness!). Overall it's a great place if you're looking for a room and except to be out most of the time. I say this because there's really no place to hang out other than your room (no pool, no patio). It worked for me given I was here for business and had a lot of school work to do!

Parking attendant damaged my car and management has no response or resolution. They just ignore my calls. Stayed on Jan 22nd 2014 and picked up my car on the 23rd in the morning, the attendant took a really long time with my car (now I realize why, probably assessing the damage) but it was cold and snowy so I didn't notice right away but I drove straight home and noticed when I got home. Called front desk and they passed me off to the manager. Left voicemails and no one ever returned my calls. Not a bad hotel just don't park there or check your car carefully if you do. Fairly clean, not that new but location is good otherwise. Just very disappointed that no one will take responsibility or even apologize (small dent, had it fixed for a hundred bucks) and I love staying at Marriott hotels (Gold member) and will continue to do so.

Staff is friendly. Clean place. Convenient location in DC. Next to a CVS. The only thing I don't like is their internet is real slow and unreliable. For business purposes it is real bad and frustrating.
