When my son moved in two years ago, the place was pretty good. The management at that time seemed to be focused on making a lot of repairs and improvements. A couple of management changes later, I would avoid this place at all costs. They do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely fashion. They make absolutely no attempt to accommodate long-term tenants who have excellent payment histories. The current slumlord (Wendy) is unwilling to work with tenants on any level, and lacks honesty. And yes, the spider infestation and car fire are actual things that have happened. Stay away from this place; it will probably be condemned soon.
The apartments themselves aren't that bad. A little run down. Some of the doors inside have biffs on them, the wall trim doesn't connect to the wall pretty much anywhere. I have two major complaints. 1, the management team could be better. They're not very good at communication and getting things taken care of. I've lived here 1 and a half years, and the trim around my patio and window still have yet to be painted. 2, there are spiders EVERYWHERE. My parents helped me close off holes in the wall, around pipes, etc. to decrease the amount, but it's not uncommon for me to find two or three a week, sometimes less, but sometimes more. Not a bad place to live, but there are better options for the same or not much more rent.
Although I stayed in peppertree apartment for only four months. It was wonderful experience. The place was quiet and clean. More importantly, the staffs and support guyz were really cool and are always prempted to help you. Definitely, i will recommend anyone for this apartment. Thanks, Ravi
One of the worst management teams every and great example of a company falsifying information and disorganization during ownership changes.
