My family lived in this complex for 6 years. We had multiple encounters with ghosts. In apartment 27 A, a little girl on two occasions appeard in the bathroom to me, wearing a long nightgown standing on her tippie toes next to me while I was brushing my teeth. The 2nd time she pulled my shower curtain open while I was showering...scared the hell out of me! My daughter who was 4 at the time, would be terrified of the bathroom when the water was running and would scream whenever she was alone in there. One time i was in the laundry room and a floating black mist appeared and it was so startling I dropped everything and ran to my apartment crying hysterically...and never went to the basement again. My 2nd apartment in that complex was 107 b, and both my husband and i saw and felt on multiple nights a tall man standing in our entrance in front of the door...just watching us. Other than ghost encounters, the rent was decent priced and management was excellent. Watch out for the storage rooms downstairs...ours was broken into on multiple occasions and hundreds of dollars worth of tools and belongings was stolen. So if ghosts don't bother you...not a bad place.

Apartments are smaller but decent for a fam of 3 and very quiet... laundry downstairs little creepy but convenient... Did not have a garage but awesome too...Friendly people...everything included except a 35-50 dollar electric bill

I've only been here one month but I love everything about my small 2 bdrm apt! Perhaps because it was re-done, but just comparing it to the bigger apt I rented at Eastwood...there's NO comparison. I have a window in my little kitchen (there, I did not) and a window in the newly refurbished bathroom (there, I did not). I have covered parking! There I did not and was at the end of my rope shovelling vasts amounts of snow, that fell this winter, off of my new car! Fed up, totally! Here, for only 12 bucks a month, I have the convience and security of a covered and shut garage bay. I'm totally delighted with Ellison Park. The gals who work in the office are super, and speaking of super, when I had a complaint about the low flow in the shower, 2 minutes later a wonderful maintenance guy came by and fixed it. Bravo, Ellison Park! Only complaint is that we don't re-cycle, and that totally goes against what I am. I give it 4 stars++++

My wife and daughter lived in these buildings for 3 years, and switched apartments as well. While living there, my wife had multiple encounters with a little girl's ghost in the bathroom. I never saw the little girl myself, but did see a ghost of the tall slender man lerking in our hall. He will follow you to the basement and then disapear. Once in the laundry room in the basement, my wife was terrified of a big black foggie figure she said was right behind her. Also our little girl used to be terrified to be in the bathroom by herself, but she was too little to say why at the time. I am so curiouse to know if any one else had any encounters. The Buildings are located on the old land where they had a Military Hospital and graveyard....and I just thought it was scary because of the nursing home next door.
