this the worst apartment i have ever lived in when we moved in we found the apartment dirty and found crap in the toilet. a/c went out 4 times in 3 months ask them to fix things and they did not do any. a pipe burst in bathroom and as they where fixing it black mold was found. i ask them to have the apartment check and they said no and that i should find a new place to live. please don't move in to this complex if you value your health. there are so many more problems just be careful if you do move there.
We sold our house in Trinity, Fl, and are looking for a new house. In the mean time, we were struggling to find a temporary place to live because we own a pitbull that we picked up off the street. We had no idea (not having had pitbulls previously) just how unimaginably hard it would be to find a place to live without giving up our pet, or having to board her somewhere. I found Swan Lake Apartments on Craigslist. I am not going to lie, I had my misgivings and was very nervous to move in. They are, to my knowledge, the only apartment complex in Tampa that allows pitbulls. Now that I have been here for three weeks, I cannot express my gratefullness that Swan Lake Apartments exists. This is a very safe, clean, friendly apartment complex. I have a large troop of very cute ducks that come to my door first thing in the AM looking for bread. It is extremely quiet. There are brand new laundry machines. Everyone is very nice. There are a lot of well behaved, well taken care of pitbulls, as well as other breeds here. I also have two cats. There is a big wall that seperates the apartments from Dale Mabry and it can only be accessed by a side road, which is key. The shared pool is very well kept, and you are allowed to have your own grill 15ft from the apartments, and there are campsite type grills as well. I am forever grateful this place exists so I can keep my dog. There are many responsible animal people here so come check it out.
