Kings Point apartments are nice for the price and my experience began nicely, but it has been over a year since I reported ceiling damage and a broken ice maker. I plan to move once my lease is up because of this. The fitness equipment is broken. Parking is becoming a problem. They can improve if they appreciate their residents.
It's an okay place to live. The apartments are very nice for the price. The staff may be wonderful or awful, depending on who is here. Dealing with the owning company is a PITA, and you have to go to willow lawn area to pay rent unless you mail it. Yard is maintained, but they don't plow snow. Walls are fairly thin, and there are a lot of noisy neighbors here. The best part of my 2.5 years here was that I never had a roach or ant problem that so many complexes have. They will tow your car in a heartbeat if the registration or inspection is out, so beware. My appliances are ancient, but they are "renovating" some, so ask to see the exact place you'll get. Decent place to live for a while and save money, but I wouldn't make it a long term plan.
