This is for a large PRIVATE FURNISHED bedroom (16X12) AND PRIVATE bathroom PLUS walk-in closet space for $950/month plus $750 Deposit (includes all utilities) in the safe, cozy community of Mar Vista, which is adjacent to the City of Santa Monica.

The room will be available August 1st on a short-term basis. I am within walking distance to Mar Vista Park, Mar Vista's Farmers Market (on Sundays), CVS, VONs, and SMC Airport Campus; I am within biking distance to Venice Beach, downtown Culver City, and the Santa Monica Promenade. As far as public transit, the Santa Monica Big Blue Bus 14 literally has a stop in front of my complex and there are Metro stops in the corner on Venice Blvd.

The rent covers all utilities (water, gas, & electricity) and in addition covers Hi-Speed Internet (Wi-Fi). The complex has a washer & dryer unit.

The room is FURNISHED with a bed, computer desk and a small dresser already inside the closet. If you are considering this room PLEASE EMAIL ME with a bit of info about yourself. In short though, your roommate would be a 35-year-old Professional Male.
