I will be out of town from late-June to late-September and would like to sublease my room. It's the UCLA University Apartment located on Keystone Avenue.

All the necessary furniture are ready to use. You have the independent bathroom in the bedroom. The apartment also comes with free underground parking and high-speed WiFi.

Commuting is fast and convenient. There's a stop for Rapid 12 that's just two-minute walk away and it usually takes less than 25 minutes to get to UCLA. Ralph's, Best Buy and all kinds of restaurants are nearby and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk there.

The rent is $875 per month net of utilities. Gas and power together are usually around $25 per month after splitting evenly with my roommate.
