I'm the current tenant leaving because my new job is out of the area. I'm selling my place for Arthur, my landlord. Arthur is responsive over email, friendly and understanding. He's had my back whenever I had a problem but the place has held up well enough that I haven't needed to ask much of him.

Let me know if you'd like to come see it. Generally I'm free at 8:45 PM or later, or 8-9 AM. On the Saturday/Sunday on the 11th and 12th I'm free any time.
